Physician-guided program with FDA approved GLP-1/GIP-class therapy when medically indicated. Membership covers clinical oversight, program-related labs, and secure messaging with your physician; it does not include medication cost.

For time-sensitive concerns when you need a physician soon, not a substitute for the emergency room. Includes structured intake, then pay and schedule your visit.

- 30-day medication bridge when appropriate
- Clear disposition with next-step guidance (home care, PCP follow-up, urgent care, or ER when needed)
