Intake, consent, and scheduling are completed on litecare.ai; your information is transferred to Charm EHR for your medical record. After payment you will confirm medications, allergies, past medical history, and surgeries. Structured responses may assist documentation and workflow; all medical decisions are made by a licensed clinician.
