LiteCare Medical Group PLLC offers two care paths today. Physician-guided medical weight loss is a $150/month program membership (charged at signup, then monthly) that includes program-related labs when ordered (no separate lab bills) and medication plans through FDA-approved manufacturers Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk starting at $149/month when prescribed (separate pharmacy charge). Urgent telehealth is for as-needed visits, including, when clinically appropriate, renewing medications with a 30-day bridge supply until you can follow up with your regular PCP.

For our medical weight loss program and urgent telehealth, you’ll complete a short, step-by-step questionnaire on this site before your visit or initial consultation. It captures your chief complaint or program goals and key history in a consistent format so your physician is already briefed. This intake does not diagnose or treat; it only gathers information. All care decisions are made by your licensed physician.

No. LiteCare Medical Group PLLC is a cash-pay telehealth practice. We do not accept or bill health insurance for urgent visits or our medical weight loss program. That model lets your physician order labs when they are medically appropriate, use structured intake before each appointment, and follow up in ways that are not always possible under typical insurance rules.

Health plans often cap visit length, limit which labs and services are covered, and require prior authorizations that can delay treatment. Staying cash-based keeps fees clear up front, gives your physician room to spend the time you need, support appropriate testing, and build a plan around your goals instead of payer-driven restrictions.

Visits and intake can be completed in Spanish. Your physician is a board-certified internal medicine doctor who speaks Spanish. Use Español in the header menu to complete intake in Spanish anytime.

Your intake answers and clinical note template are stored securely and used only to prepare for your visit. They are shared with your physician and Charm EHR. We do not use your health information to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing. Our practices align with HIPAA. See our Notice of Privacy Practices.

LiteCare Medical Group PLLC was founded to make healthcare more accessible and transparent, with a focus on whole-person care that incorporates wellness alongside medical treatment. The practice is led by Rafael Cabello, DO. He is a board-certified internal medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed internal medicine training at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
