Common uses include a quick physician check-in, lab orders, medication refills, and new concerns that are not emergencies. Your physician reviews structured intake before your visit so clinical time goes to your care. Not a substitute for the emergency room.

What to expect

1. 1. Straightforward visit fee

   $50 per visit with structured intake reviewed by your physician before you pay and schedule.

2. 2. Choose your visit type

   Medical check-in or new concern, medication refill, or optional lab orders.

3. 3. Physician-led visit

   Phone call (quickest) or video with a licensed physician. Texas residents only.

4. 4. Plan and next steps

   After your visit, your physician documents a clear plan with recommended next steps when needed, such as self-care at home, follow-up with your regular doctor, in-person care, or emergency care (call 911).

Includes

• Phone call or video visit with a licensed physician
• Optional lab orders (Quest; lab fees separate)
• Medication refill or 30-day medication bridge when appropriate
• Written disposition with recommended next steps, including in-person care when appropriate
• Separate from direct primary care membership and medical weight loss program fees

• For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
• Telehealth visits are currently available only to patients located in Texas.
